I didn’t know what to expect when I first tried crossfit, but after my first workout I was hooked. There is nothing like a group of people cheering you on/ yelling at you to finish a workout. As I got more into crossfit, I started to buy all of the gear, but I had no idea what I was doing. I spent hours on forums and blogs, trying to figure out which shoes I needed. After that, I decided to make this site, so you don’t have to waste your time like I did.
I appreciate you stopping by my blog, and hope you find it helpful. I wrote this for anyone interested in crossfit that needs info on equipment. When starting out, I just had regular running shoes, and nothing else. Now I use it all, knee sleeves, wrist straps, and even my own jump rope.
If you’re new to CrossFit, or you’ve been doing it for years, I guarantee you can learn something about the equipment, because I’ve tried it all.
